Our rep was outstanding explaining in detail what we needed and was very courteous to my 93 year old mother. Our house stayed cooled the whole time. Wayne and George were great! Our AC went out I called Keller on Thursday she got me in that day then I had to cancel called back Friday again same day service. We have used Keller before they are awesome We love their service and their pricing is fair their work is impeccable! Definitely 5 stars
Art came out to our home to repair our AC unit over the labor day holiday. Things are back up and running and we appreciate the prompt and professional service that was provided to us by Kellerman heating and cooling.
George from Kellerman came to the house to do preventative maintenance on our furnace and AC. He gave me a courtesy call about 15-20min before he arrived. George was awesome, answered all my questions, and he let me hang out and watch over his shoulder the entire time! As he performed work he described what he was doing, what he was looking for, and why. He was very professional and friendly throughout the whole appointment. Overall a great experience.
I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs. Trisha was extremely helpful and efficient getting someone out to look at our AC unit same day within a few hours of my call. Jason did thorough work. He was kind, personable, and knowledgeable. He was able to make a repair to fix my unit. I will be buying my unit and having it installed by Kellerman when the time comes that I need a new one. They have my business.
We have been using this company for 8 years. They are always professional and quick to respond. They explain things well. Art is always great to deal with. I am always very impressed and grateful for them. I called yesterday and explained that my AC wasn’t working and they said they could be there between 12-1 the same day and they were 20 minutes early and had things working in 15 minutes. I would give them 100 stars if I could!!!! Definitely would recommend Art and his team!!!!!
I had to make a difficult decision about what company to go with to buy a new heating and cooling system. Kellerman is a local company and was also recommended by a friend. Chris was very thorough at explaining about the systems to choose from and benefits from the one I chose. The 0% financing is very helpful for a necessary investment. Install was smooth and they did a great job. I am looking forward to having no worries using Kellerman and having their warranty.
We bought a different home in 2019 and it needed a complete new system. Kellerman’s sold us an excellent units that we have had no trouble out of since then. They had the credit already set up thru a financial institution and we were able to pay off within a couple of years. A honest small town business that you can trust.
We contacted several HVAC companies and felt most comfortable with Chris from Kellerman. His knowledge and explanation of details were amazing. The crew came today, Gavin, Devin and Ryan were very professional and neat. They removed the old AC unit and gas furnace, cleaned the area and installed the new system in six hours. I was very impressed with their work, neatness and attitude. I would highly recommend this company.
George who came out was awesome. Really took his time to look at everything to make sure all was well. We could tell he’s good at his job and having someone come out who genuinely cares and takes their time is not often seen! 10/10 recommend!
My husband and I really enjoyed working with Kellerman Heating and Cooling. We needed to move our AC unit over a few feet and they had someone at our house to take pictures the next day. After that they gave us a quote, which was very reasonable, and a week later everything was done. They were all very polite and I could hardly tell they were here. They knew what they were doing and did a great job. We highly recommend them!
