The staff was very courteous and efficient. They explained how to use the units and remotes.

Kellerman Heating and Cooling Co came out about a month ago for a routine cleaning and tune up of our HVAC system. During which, they cleaned the drain line from the AC. Fast forward to last night, our AC was leaking tons of water everywhere. I called Kellerman and they came out today and recleaned the drain line and checked over the system. They fixed the problem and stood behind their work being done right. I was not charged for the second visit. The technician was very kind and respectful. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you for taking care of the problem promptly. I greatly appreciate it.

George was prompt, direct in delivering all the options, and explained the how and whys! Great experience, would recommend!

Jason is very professional and explained a new program Kellerman Heating / Cooling was offering , which made a lot us since too us ! He listened to our concerns about how our air conditioner was working. He showed us what was happening on his gauges and found what was wrong and promptly explained and fixed it. Were very pleased with his work !

They came out and finished up the transition from unit to the house. They were very professional and efficient doing the installation. Looks awesome!

You don't know how vulnerable of a spot you are until it's July and you wake up without AC and the house temp is climbing quickly. After one company came out, we called Kellerman and George came over same day and for half the price we were quoted from the first company fixed the piece we needed to get us through until we are able to purchase a new unit (which we will purchase through Kellerman as well). We were so grateful to not be upcharged. George was such a kind and professional tech and explained everything to us thoroughly. Highly reccomend Kellerman for your needs you won't be disappointed!

Called the number on our furnace. (We bought our home 2 years ago ) They came out the very next day! No bull, no unnecessary charges or up selling. We will use them in the future for sure!

I have been a customer of Kellerman for my ac and heating unit. These guys are on top of it! I just had two young guys fix my furnace and they were impressively knowledgeable and explained everything which as a customer I appreciate! Love this company and highly recommend.

Kellerman has been giving amazing service. Started with an emergency call right after we bought our home, which they were able to quickly visit and get the furnace going. Over the past year they have regularly serviced the system to help our furnace and AC running well!

We woke to a cold house on Sunday morning. We called Kellerman to see if they could look at our furnace. They set us an appointment within the hour. Their service man George was quick to respond to our needs. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and did our repairs as needed. Thank you Kellerman for making sure we were warm again!

The owner and crew were fantastic on getting in, diagnosing the issue, and coordinating a plan to get us up and running with a new furnace. Our furnace decided to go out with melted wires and all during the coldest week. We were provided with space heaters, coordination with an electrician, and a brand new furnace and heat pump all within 3 days. Very professional and felt like we were treated like family. Definitely recommend!
