Great people to do business with!

We smelled gas in our house and called Duke Energy. They confirmed it and recommended we call our HVAC company. Kellerman came out immediately and tested all the fittings for leaks. They found none. Then they went above and beyond, took the heating element out and found a small crack. They replaced the part and no more gas leak. Great job.

George from Kellerman came to the house to do preventative maintenance on our furnace and AC. He gave me a courtesy call about 15-20min before he arrived. George was awesome, answered all my questions, and he let me hang out and watch over his shoulder the entire time! As he performed work he described what he was doing, what he was looking for, and why. He was very professional and friendly throughout the whole appointment. Overall a great experience. Edit: George has been back for 2 more maintenance visits (1 AC and 1 Heat), he continues to be rock solid and super polite!

George arrived on time and proceeded to diagnose the problem. Unlike previous individuals he looked until he found a likely suspect. We agreed and he corrected the problem. Well done, and thanks for not just guessing it was an errant module.

Our air stopped working on a pretty hot day, we noticed the air was running but it wasn't cold. We called kellerman heating and cooling around 7/8 pm, they called us back within a few minutes, got us scheduled for the next morning. I got a text letting me know the tech was on the way, arrived at 10:30 am. Jacob arrived, was very nice, was very thorough and explained the issue, worked quickly to get it fixed, and stayed for another 20 mins or so to ensure it fixed the issue. Pricing was fair. So thankful they were able to come get our air back on so quickly!

The staff was very courteous and efficient. They explained how to use the units and remotes.

Kellerman Heating and Cooling Co came out about a month ago for a routine cleaning and tune up of our HVAC system. During which, they cleaned the drain line from the AC. Fast forward to last night, our AC was leaking tons of water everywhere. I called Kellerman and they came out today and recleaned the drain line and checked over the system. They fixed the problem and stood behind their work being done right. I was not charged for the second visit. The technician was very kind and respectful. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you for taking care of the problem promptly. I greatly appreciate it.

George was prompt, direct in delivering all the options, and explained the how and whys! Great experience, would recommend!

They came out and finished up the transition from unit to the house. They were very professional and efficient doing the installation. Looks awesome!
