Recently contacted this establishment to get some service finished up at my house. The service was impeccable, I worked with a Ms. Bre Gannon, and she assisted me in every way she could and answered all my questions and had everything done in a timely manner and was very patient and kind when I asked questions. I will definitely be contacting Knochelmann Service Experts for any further services.

On 2/13/2023 I woke up and my house was 56 degrees. I called & spoke with Laura, she said they didn't come to my area. i explained that my husband is a Stage 4 cancer patient & I was desperate for heat. She was kind enough to call with a company name & phone number near me. Before I made phone contact, she called me back & said the owner was making an exception due to my situation & was rearranging a tech's schedule to send help. Wayne, my technician was professional, efficient, and had my furnace running within an hour. Thank you for your kindness and help in my situation. You are amazing!

Excellent Company. We have used them for 25 years plus. Never been disappointed in anything they have done. From replacing an entire HVAC system to regular maintenance you cannot go wrong using these guys.

Kellerman heating & cooling has Exceptional Service! They are very informative and friendly! The employees were incredibly responsive. They showed up the same day we called for a estimate and showed up on time for installation day & was very professional! I appreciate how they set drop cloths down everywhere & cleaned up. Wayne came out to my home after work around 6pm. luckily they could make it out that late. I was having an issue with my outdoor heat pump. It was an easy fix thanks to his cool new age equipment linked to his tablet. He reassured me that aside from that issue my pressures were right where they need to be for it to run operational for the foreseeable future. my capacitor was a little weak but he said it should be something I will have to think about in a few years. It was nice not having a tech try to sell me on things that aren't wrong like a-lot of the other companies out there. will definitely call them when the capacitor needs to be replaced.
