Every home has its own comfort challenges, and this one needed a flexible solution for both heating and cooling. The client wanted reliable temperature control in several rooms without adding bulky ductwork, so a mini split system was the right fit.

The Work

Installed a 27,000 BTU Bosch mini split heat pump with three high wall units
Set up two 9,000 BTU head units and one 18,000 BTU head unit for targeted room comfort
Routed all line sets and electrical neatly along the exterior for a clean finish
Included standard manufacturer and labor warranties, plus a year of club membership

The Outcome

The home now has zoned comfort in key spaces, letting the client adjust heating and cooling room by room. The installation blends in with the property, and the system is ready to run efficiently all year.
