Summary

Aging equipment can leave a home with uneven temperatures and rising energy costs. This project involved a full replacement of the heating and cooling system for a residential client in Cincinnati. The existing setup was no longer keeping up with the demands of the home, making a full system update the best option.

The Work

Removed outdated furnace and air conditioner units
Installed 96% efficient two-stage variable speed gas furnace and 15 SEER air conditioner sized for the home
Added MERV 11 air cleaner and large bypass humidifier for improved air quality
Upgraded ductwork, safety disconnects, fuses, and installed new equipment pad

The Outcome

The home now benefits from steady comfort, quieter operation, and better indoor air quality. With the new system, the homeowner can expect more consistent heating and cooling, as well as easier maintenance. The added air cleaner and humidifier help keep the living space healthier year-round.
